Background: An older injury to the sciatic nerve had caused a muscle imbalance in the patient. An initial scan on his off day on 1/15/16 showed significant energy status differences between his right and left legs.
MuscleSound Intervention: After discussing the data, it was determined that an injury to the left leg caused by the sciatic nerve was causing the imbalance. The patient engaged in a Muscle Activation Therapy (MAT) program in addition to his own fitness conditioning over the course of an 8 week period with regular scans in place.
Result: The Pre-Training MuscleSound data collected on 3/14/16 shows almost perfect symmetry across the muscle group. This emphasizes the improvements he has achieved by following his Muscle Activation Therapy (MAT) program and his own fitness conditioning workouts focused on balance between the muscles.
