History
A woman had just completed a weight training class at a fitness center and had no known reported issues.
MuscleSound Analysis
Via MuscleSound testing, she is within an average range in her overall muscle energy status. She is showing a large variance in symmetry and rating in her left and right RF and HM muscles, with her right RF and HM substantially more depleted than her left. While her GS muscles are exhibiting almost an exact opposite depletion variance and rating.
However, what is interesting to note is her muscle symmetry imbalance and her mimic in fuel rating patterns between her left and right legs. She is showing a large variance in symmetry and rating in her left and right RF and HM muscles, with her right RF and HM substantially more depleted than her left. While her GS muscles are exhibiting almost an exact opposite depletion variance and rating.
MuscleSound would recommend the fitness staff to continue to monitor and track this female, not only to help ensure recovery but more importantly to take a closer look into her movement patterns and weight lifting form. This imbalance in symmetry could be due to potential muscle misfire, improper lifting techniques/form used-thus this variance between left and right sides. MuscleSound would also recommend deeper conversations with this female to talk through any history of injury she may have omitted or forgotten about. This is to help ensure that she progresses towards her goals in the gym, and ultimately to help mitigate any increased risk of developing a soft tissue injury.
